The SILVER and GOLD Version of the BEING Symbol came when designing gear. The company I used has an embroidering technique that's supposed to be very high-tech and capable, but when doing the fire and water logo on hats (smaller versions) it would not print right. Frustrating, i know, right? Still, it's a pretty detailed design, so I'm not mad at that. So, instead of redrawing the whole thing over from scratch, and since i was still getting the hand of designing on the Print-On-Demand site I'm using (Printful)... It has the same PIECES and elements as the original BEING SYMBOL, with the circles and fire and water as the main elements. The first Silver and Gold version just made the fire gold and the water silver to represent the sun and moon elements, and gold fire, silver water-- showing those relationships. That was the first generation Silver and Gold BEING symbol. Later on I added the red and blue highlights just to link it to the original-- so it would have "all of the colors," or as many as possible, and still illustrate how the gold is the red, and the silver is the blue for the folks who didn't get it.

         That worked well on shirts, but again, the hats... it was problematic. SO, i just made the Second Generation Silver and Gold Being design, and replaced the gold fire and silver water with solid bars of the metal elements, and instead of doing it red and blue, I just left it silver and gold. I'd thought of doing it before, but I wasn't motivated to do it because of all of the other things I was working on. Not being able to get the image I wanted, just to make sure people could have a decent image to wear on the hat is what did it. That's the story behind that. Just trying to get a nice clean embroidery image.
