Diving right in... The SPIRIT IS THE ENERGY, THE WAY, THE SUBSTANCE, THE HOW, THE BREATH. "Wait... wait... what is all of that?" It's BEING and BE-ing. "Yes, of course! Only... Nope. Still confusing. Bring it down to human." Ok, one part at a time, but first the overall point we'll be diving into is that Breath is the vibration, the pulse, the give and receive, the expression and reflection, the give and take, the filling (fullness/abundance) and emptying (emptiness/void)... things like that.

This Might Be Better On A Computer or Large Screen... So, here comes a picture that you'll see a lot, if you haven't seen it a lot already, in other writings and discussions. It explains Relationships (vibration, Knowing, Be-ing), as well as BEING and the creation of Being(s). If you're on a phone it's not going to look as good. I built the website for someone to sit down and have time to read on a larger screen. It'll be in a book or two in the future, but as of the time of writing this line, it's here, on a large screen which is made for reading. Maybe later, I'll do videos for people who can't focus, but these concepts are more for people who not only are willing to focus (because everyone can, they just won't), but actually DO focus. Also, at the time of writing this line, I'm still looking for some vocal page reader for the site, so the folks who don't have time to gain understanding and prefer audiobooks instead of connecting and reading the words, can have a way to connect. A lot of folks are entertained by information and forget it as soon as the video goes off. That's annoying. Freedom, liberation, education... none of those words are the word that is "entertainment." If and when the videos come, they're more for those who will connect, but who can't actually see the words, or hopefully it will be able to translate them for you, but again, they're willing and then DO... focus. For them, who can't see, that's why I'm looking for the audio page reader, because I try to be detailed in describing the pictures. One thing I don't like is that Neurolink should be able to take visual information and transcribe and present it to the brain the same way eyes would, but the creators and manufacturer (the marketers) of things like neurolink technology may have maniacal evil, and even weak subservient to evil, agendas and beings. Which is another reason why I write and put things in books, to help people to get around them and having to deal with all of the evil-- even though it serves a purpose.

Here are some phrases that explain Breath and Breathing... BY THE BLOOD means In The Spirit of. Breathing, BE-ing that way of BEING. IN THE NAME OF is in the WORD of, or The VIBRATION, ENERGY, SPIRIT, BREATH of.... It's all Breath. .

BETWEEN THOSE POINTS is BEING. What BEING is doing is BE-ing. WHAT BEING is BE-ing is everything between those two points.

The ESPANSION/Breathing (Lungs Filling example)... Taking things in is knowing. You expand no more or less than you uncover. You do this to the degree that you know your self. For instance, you breathe in, which is taking in air, and knowing the air. You do this to the point your lungs are full. As far as you know your self, that is all of the air you can hold. But you can fill your mouth. You can also pull in more if you try. It's all knowing your self, which is expanding because of what you're taking in. As you're taking in air and that is expanding, you're expanding your self that is holding the air, and knowing that more.

EXPANSION/Breathing (Universe Expanding example)... People say that the universe is expanding. Is that the lung filling with air, or is the Universe the Atmosphere, and it's being filled with the air that's being pushed out? There is an amount of BEING, which is all things. So Picture a blank sheet of paper. Picture you can draw, fit, paint, etc.... you can "create" everything on the paper. You exhale onto the page, you express your self on the page. So you are breathing out, but the page is breathing in. That's a way of looking at it from the lungs and even the air's perspectives, but from the perspective of Space (Of Pure BEING), there is Pure BEING which is you, your thoughts, and the blank page, and the medium you use to express. All it does is know itself, by expressing itself, by revealing itself, so it can perceive itself, to know that self that is expressing. "I was with you, but you kind of lost me." Ok, so, JUST USING THE PAPER... There is a blank page. Everything can fit on this page. HOW DOES IT FIT ON THE PAGE. What happens when you write with a black pen, is that the black ink, soaks into the page. More page isn't created. All of the page is there already. You rewrite, or reprogram the paper. You take the energy and convert it from blank to ink filled. Nothing changes. The paper is still paper. The ink is still ink. The space in the paper where ink fills is still space. It's not some grand deep profound thing. The space in the paper is made to hold things. It's holding blankness when you see it at first. So you fill it with ink. The universe isn't expanding. It's all already there. It's just turning on the lights so you can see it. It's adding ink to provide detail. It's limiting itself. "Whoa, wait, how is the infinite, and growing MORE infinite universe limiting itself?" Back to the paper. ALL THINGS ARE THERE. You can look at a blank page (or a wall or post, mailbox, mirror, or other graffitable things... which I love and miss doing) you don't see the potential, because honestly there isn't potential, there is just what exists. If you look and see a poem, then the poem is there already. If you see a schematic for a robotic knee replacement that can be 3D printed, it's there. If you see a portrait, it's there already. You just express the reality you want. That cancels out the others. There's the Blacklight way of looking at things which is like, "Life is all darkness where all things exist, but you cannot see them. What you do is apply your light and the light of what is, to see. Life is also all light where all things exist, which keeps you blinded, so you cannot see them. What you do is apply darkness to what you want to not see, and to define what you do want to see." So everything is there. You don't carve out anything. You just draw from the dark what's there, and light it up. You don't bring things to light or to life. You just bring them forth and apply your light, your living, to their light and being. What you are doing is going into the world of that thing, and taking your light (like a flashlight) and seeing the thing one part at a time with your light. Really, on a grander scale, you're seeing your self. Your self already exists, like that thing (honestly your reflection) already exists. You just go into that space, by bringing it into your space. People who take substances and see other worlds are bringing that world into their space, and entering into that substance's space. The things that reside there are not new. You just didn't see them before. It's like looking at a plant, and noticing the subtle colors. The more you look, the more you focus, so you see deeper, so you know deeper. It doesn't change you, or the thing. Like drawing or writing on the paper. You just merge your world with the world of what you see in the paper.

HOLDING THE BREATH... There's a point when one is full and the other is empty. Both are just being. That point can be annoying for the thing being taken in. For instance... SPIRITS. The core main overall spirit is BEING, he spirit of BEING. People want to make things of everything that exist. No. It already exists. You don't have to make anything. You CAN'T make anything. Whatever you "make" already exists. It's all KNOWING. What you are conscious for, is to know the you that is conscious. That is your BEING. GOD... Looking at the picture, there's a BEING... that is YOU. You are Conscious. So whatever spirit you HAVE, are WITH, or are IN will be expressed via YOUR PERSPECTIVE. The SPIRIT is limited by the BEING. Breathing IN GOD is taking in the spirit. So, you hollow out, and fill your self with GOD. YET, you can only fill as much GOD as you can hold. Because you are IN a Spirit, (that last bottom dot that looks like an eyeball) or because the Spirit is IN you DOES NOT MAKE YOU THE SPIRIT not does it make the spirit you. Those who interact with the Spirit of GOD forget this, which is why this conversation. ALL THINGS have access to this spirit. They are IN it to their own capacity and understanding. It is IN them to their understanding and capacity. YOU ARE NOT SPECIAL IN THIS, especially for being LOST in this. That does not give you any permission to hinder others. Because you are WITH a Spirit, or it is WITH you, or because you HAVE a spirit, or it HAS you, does no make you it, and it does not make it you. Your being is filled with The Spirit of Humanity. You can inhale and exhale Humanity. WHEN IT HAS LEFT YOU, and YOU HAVE LEFT IT, what will you be? Human? WHEN GOD HAS LEFT YOU, and YOU HAVE LEFT IT, does it cease to exist? No. Do you cease to exist? No. Are you purposeless? No. It's purpose, and word is to BE it's SELF, as ALL THINGS' PURPOSE IS TO BE. Period. If anything is added, it is to BE YOUR SELF. YOUR WORD is that. Your word now is HUMANITY. Breathe it. GOD's word is GOD. It's breathing it. If you want to do both, the word is CHRIST. For more on that see the Jesus Christ Yeshua and You conversation. I bring it up here because people are HOLDING the breath, which causes it to stop flowing. It causes confusion, mainly because of the thinking that one is the spirit they are holding. Hold your breath but do not focus on holding it. Just focus on being, and you'll feel your self being in your body. That's because the breath you are holding is a part of the systems of that body, not a part of the system of you being you-- it's the system of you being human, and in that, you being in a human body.
