Samurai Ruach Music

I'm thinking that the image above is of when I was doing either "The Android Deity..." (track 05) or "Maiden Amerika" (track 46?)-- they're both on the "Byrd Mess On Strings" fundraiser album (below). It's all instrumentals which are based on strings. This program (above) was ACID. "Was", past tense, as in so many issues with the program and company that when it stopped working, and then the account just vanished on its own (because they say it wasn't deleted), and the serial number I gave them was no longer a valid serial number, so all of the audio production stopped for the project, and now that program is in the void. So, since those were some of the last songs I'd done, I'm thinking this was a shot of one of those. Still looking for a new D.A.W. to get back into it, because there's a LOT of things that need to get done. That whole post about "WHAT'S NEEDED" (on Patreon) is accurate.

Anyways, back when I could do music, as in had the time, resources, space, and mind to do it, I did everything in-house. For this project, all of the [everything, even this site] I had to do. Yes, it IS a lot for one person, but, as you can see, if you have the time, mind, resources, and space, then YES it is possible to do, which is why I also posted as much as I could, the behind the scenes with all of everything that was used. That way, if anyone else was in the same position, you could just see what I did, and do better. I strongly urge you to go after your project. Make it happen. And if and when your prayers aren't answered, remember, i told YOU to make it happen... no one else. Other people won't get it. They don't have time, because their time is for them to be them. Yours is for you to be you and do you. That Book of Blacklights is a nice thing, if you've never read it. The Book of 3's too. I've been doing a lot on my own for a long time-- so long that I wouldn't know what help would be, or how to use it, because normally it got in the way. So, yes, you can do a project like this all on your own. Check out that post on Patreon "What Is Needed" and some of the other behind the scenes stuff, which shows everything I used, and how to do all of this as close to free, and with as little AI, using your OWN skill and talents as much as possible. AI is nice and all, but you're not an artist if you use AI, you're a prompter. I don't even really consider it art, just content. Your prompt would be art, because that's what YOU expressed and created.

Above is a playlist of the songs featured in the series. There's a bunch of liscening and clearance you have to get to actually use them, so I just made a playlist and mention the songs in the script or book. You can go to the playlist and hear it for your self. If it works out that I can get all of the clearances (and get another D.A.W. to do some kind of audio work again) that would be good too.
As for the music that I've done for Samurai Ruach, there's only a few pages I'm using to post songs. I'm trying to keep it to the 2 albums on BANDCAMP (which were up there towards the top), because I like how Bandcamp's sales work. They even have some Fridays where they don't even take a percentage from artists, so you get the full purchase price. Also, there's a soundcloud page, and the rest is on youtube, but bandcamp is my main platform for rmusic, so before songs end up anywhere else, they'll be there. When it comes for the music in the Samurai Ruach project, all of the songs I did I had fun doing. All of that will be on Bandcamp, Soundcloud, and maybe Youtube. There are other songs that are featured in the script version, or mentioned in the books, that I didn't do. Those are songs I just liked and they fit in where I put them. They're on a youtube playlist.

Above is a playlist for The Zephaniah Chesterfield Project, which is another band project which is where the whole world of Samurai Ruach came from. This band is a portal jumping, bar-hopping, band touring the multiverse and doing gigs in all realities. While they're roaming around each of the band members has their own storyline and arc. It's a pretty cool project. A bit of the songs done and used in the Samurai Ruach project were done by this band, so, here's all of the songs (on youtube anyways). There's a lot more on Bandcamp.
