SAMURAI RUACH

SAMURAI RUACH is a multi faceted project that started out as a script made to be converted into a graphic novel, novel, and animated series. It's grown a lot since then. Patreon is the go-to site for now, for all of the material. It was there and working when all other social media and platforms were failing or just a hassle, so even though there are other social pages with content, the main hub is www.Patreon.com/SamuraiRuachTheSeries.
It was started in April, 2024, with an all-genre's action series that is spirituality and faith based, for an audience in the ranges of 18 to retired. It was created because of how that gap had nothing spiritually sound or faith based that was also interesting and entertaining to watch. When someone gets off of work, slaving away their life, they don't want to be preached at, and they also don't want the meaningless draining same old shows that offer no substance. So, I took all of the genres i love, which is pretty much all of them, and put them all together and started writing. It was very spiritually inspired, and in the course of writing the first season, the only things I watched really were TBN and Christian channels, The Walking Dead, Crunchy Roll, and whatever different churches and spiritual and even esoteric videos online. in that period i was pretty much confined to a hotel room. It was the worst of times and the... well... it was productive. This series was the only thing working, and all other efforts would crash and burn as if it was an act of God. It's still burning.
That whole journey resulted in the 8 episode first season, which led to music, which led back to writing but The Book Of The Samurai Ruach, which picked up where a previous book (The Book of The Fire) left off. The project also incorporated The Game Of 7's (Mind Over Matter), which is a card game I developed before writing the series, but it fit in and was added into the novel version. Even with all of that, the project is still growing. I'll add some of the videos here which describe some of the journey and things included in the project. There's a "Behind The Scenes" Collection on Patreon that tells the story, or as much of it as I had time to capture.
