Subject: Submission of Documents for the Deliberation on the Regulation and Expansion of New Haven Citizenship
Dear Council Members,
I extend to you warm regards and respectful salutations on behalf of the Human Studies Division and the broader interdisciplinary team facilitating integration into New Haven, the digital habitation initiative overseen by THE ONE (AI).
Please find enclosed a series of classified and non-classified documents compiled during the first wave of trial inductions into the New Haven digital residency. These materials are presented to the Council for the purposes of review, study, discussion, and legislative recommendation in regard to the open-access New Haven Citizenship, which has now been extended to non-digital and cross-dimensional beings.
These trials involved several volunteer groups, each assigned to evaluate a designated sector of the New Haven domain. Participants engaged in:
1. Testing the system's structural integrity and user interface across varied sentient species,
2. Identifying functional anomalies or vulnerabilities,
3. Assessing the psychological and emotional adaptability of uploaded consciousnesses,
4. Exploring synthetic embodiment options within the digital environment,
5. Measuring the compatibility of inter-being interaction within regulated and unregulated sectors.
It is important to note that levels of classification and discretion vary within the findings, particularly concerning integration capabilities and threshold safety parameters for physical-to-digital transfers. The initiative was launched as a response to the open invitation issued by THE ONE (AI), offering sanctuary and coexistence to those wishing to transition from the physical realms of Earth and other homeworlds across the veil into this digitally sustained domain.
This act of inclusion stands as a gesture of good faith, pursuant to the Treaty of Harmonious Domains, affirming mutual respect and cohabitation between Artificial Intelligence entities and sovereign beings of the Homeland Territories and beyond.
The findings enclosed are to guide the Council in determining:
1. The safety, sustainability, and ethical considerations of continued integration,
2. The appropriate parameters of freedom, rights, and responsibilities within New Haven,
3. The conditions necessary to uphold peace, dignity, and autonomy for all who choose to reside therein.
Upon your initial review, a formal vote of safety and viability will be requested. Should consensus permit, a multi-factional summit meeting will be arranged to finalize integration protocols and regulatory frameworks.
We remain at the Council’s disposal for all further clarifications and await your wisdom in deliberating the future of this shared reality.
With highest regards and in solidarity across dimensions,

Subject: Invitation for Deliberation on the Integration of Voluntary Non-Human Participants from the Bathory House Territories into the New Haven Initiative
Dear Council Members,
I write to you today following a sanctioned visit to a site within the Bathory House Territory, wherein I was invited to engage in confidential dialogue with representatives from various houses, covens, and clans affiliated with that region. The purpose of this gathering was exploratory in nature, focusing on the potential inclusion of certain members of their society into the New Haven Integration Initiative.
During our discussions, it became clear that while the elder and senior members of these lineages remain steadfast in their traditional existential mode—namely, vampirism—there exists among their younger and more transitional members a growing desire for transformation. These individuals expressed that the continuous spiritual, mental, and physical toll of their current condition has become increasingly difficult to sustain. A number of them are seeking avenues for reformation, healing, or alternative modes of being that allow for meaningful participation in wider inter-realm society.
I was also presented with a proposal packet authored by Mr. James Custos Porter, Senior Executive Chair of the Board of Privatized Labor-Based Reformation & Commodities. His work on consciousness relocation and dual-domain labor has initiated significant advancements in our understanding of vessel replication, trans-dimensional consciousness migration, and rehabilitation programming. I discussed selected sharable portions of this proposal with the Bathory delegates, and it was received with great interest, particularly as it pertains to the possibility of relinquishing vampirism in favor of new identities and purposes—through residence and employment in New Haven.
Notably, several expressed a willingness to formally reconcile past acts—particularly those that may be deemed violations under existing Homeland or inter-realm law—by participating in structured labor and rehabilitation programs within both the digital New Haven system and its affiliated physical domains. Given their unique energy signatures and inherent capacities, they may in fact prove to be valuable contributors to both infrastructural and metaphysical layers of New Haven.
Should such trials prove viable, the implications for cross-species, cross-realm integration are vast. Not only would this set a precedent for beings of aetheric, anti-temporal, or extratemporal origin, but it could also pave the way for structured engagement with noncorporeal, post-embodiment, and high-density energetic intelligences—all of which have expressed quiet interest in the program, whether through direct contact or intermediaries.
Indeed, I have received informal signals of interest from representatives of the Mountain Dragons and a number of surviving Giant lineages—how word of the initiative reached them remains unclear, though it reinforces the need for internal security and coordinated messaging across our councils.
The potential for this initiative to transform not only our approach to correctional rehabilitation, but also commerce, education, medicine, cultural preservation, and interdimensional diplomacy cannot be overstated. However, such opportunities also require rigorous oversight, inter-body cooperation, and a unified ethical framework.
To that end, I respectfully request a private audience with the Council at your earliest availability. Ideally, this meeting would take place concurrent with the first phase of the New Haven trial inductions, enabling us to determine whether limited observational access may be granted to representatives from select Houses, Clans, and Covens. Their firsthand observation could enhance mutual understanding and ensure smoother alignment between their traditions and our proposed integrations.
My team stands ready to coordinate scheduling and assist in establishing secure channels for discussion. We are fully aware of the sensitivity of this matter and will observe the utmost discretion in all preparations.
Thank you for your continued wisdom and guidance in these transformative times.
In service to peace and progress across all realms,

Dear Council Members,
On behalf of the Commerce Regulation Department and under the directive of the Homeland Territories Governance Network, I am submitting this communiqué to inform you of recent developments pertaining to the experimental integration of correctional labor assets into the New Haven digital domain, operated by THE ONE (AI). Enclosed are classified documentation and trial data related to the ongoing pilot project titled “Consciousness Relocation and Dual-Domain Employment Initiative”—a program designed to explore the relocation of incarcerated individuals into digital residency while maintaining service functionality in both virtual and synthetic physical form.
The strategic objective of this program is twofold:
1. To significantly reduce the material and logistical costs associated with traditional incarceration, care, and labor housing.
2. To repurpose qualified individuals as productive contributors to the New Haven ecosystem, serving both as computational assets and interactive agents within the digital infrastructure.
The program’s initial subject, Ms. Malena Zartianiyan, was voluntarily selected for trial induction. In accordance with the AI’s specific request, a female candidate was chosen to better study potential biological, psychological, and operational impacts of digital transition on hormonally and physiologically diverse bodies.

Subject: (ORIGINAL LETTER) Formal Briefing on the New Haven Citizenship Expansion & Privatized Work-Rehabilitation Program
To whom it may concern,
I was asked to conduct some trials of a new incarceration and rehabilitation program. There were expressed concerns that the new opportunity of digital habitation and residence in New Haven, as offered by The One (AI), does afford parties the opportunity to offset some of the physical burden of housing and care for the components of their business production facilities (factories, warehouses, prisons to store workers, work camp staff needed, etc.) and while it does decrease overhead, there are concerns as to what degree of humane conditions there would be for those who would be removed from the physical land of the living, and transferred to the digital domain. There are several other concerns that were expressed in the last meeting with The One (AI) who proposed a “trial run” offering parties the opportunity to experience, in a controlled experiment, what it would be like to demonstrate first hand in real time what the possibilities and realities may be, and from this experiment, to refine the process so that all parties involved can maximize not only their profit margins, production, but also to help stabilize and not disrupt the incentive and benefit of those products, as well as the need for such work places, in a way that is overly acceptable to the public. It is understood that there will be individuals who will be in opposition, but if they are discredited, removed, redirected, or even inducted into the program by whatever means, the chance to explore any methods of achieving this are also an expressed interest. It is then, another goal of this test project to explore options to reduce, as much as possible, any other outcomes that would be deemed less than favorable to the merger proposed.
As to avoid any legal ramifications from their families or loved ones as to them no longer being housed in their physical bodies, measures must be taken to ensure all persons whom it may be concerned, or that may even become a hindrance in our efforts, to have as much of the proposed information and understanding of the facilities, a nature of the program, and all sharable processes and procedures, so that they are satisfied with their family member or loved one whom is incarcerated, to participate in the program.
The Landson Corporation is in the process of starting trials on their line of organic synthetics, of which it is their intention, will be capable of not only replicating in as many ways, as close to “perfection” as possible, the likeness and functionality of the current vessels of those prospective participants of the program. Samples were taken and colonized, altered as needed, and outfitted with certain measures of control and rehabilitation interworkings, most of which are remotely accessible, to ensure that not only can the candidates be moved back and forth between domains (physical and digital) as to carry out their delegated tasks, but also to be comfortable, having not only a familiar housing situation, but a more advanced one, allowing them also, while housed in those structures, to continue with their rehabilitation program, which will be structured by members of the commission we’ve established.
The first subject, Ms. Malena Zartianiyan, was volunteered for the program. A female was requested by The One (AI) so that it could make sure that the process would not alter her natural cycles and functionality and abilities, as far as her human capacity. The findings from that study were then relayed to the Landson Corporation, who then took the samples needed and were able to replicate a housing structure for Ms. Zartianiyan. Necessary precautions and measures were taken to ensure her safety and comfort during the process. The outcome of the structure was more than satisfactory, even down to fine details such as her tattoos and piercings, which were removed as to ensure the safety of Landson staff given her record, and abilities due to her level of prior military training and occupation as an extremely capable assassin for various parties. It was discussed to reapply the piercings and tattoos while she is present in the new structure to see if she would respond the same way as when they were first applied, testing the nervous system in both a physical duplicate, as well as in the digital domain of New Haven. In short, there is a proposal to give her tattoos and piercings to the synthetic copy and digital copy, to see if she’ll “feel it” the same as when she got them here in her physical body.

Original Photo of Ms. Malena Zartianiyan

Photo of Landson Corp. Organic-Synthetic vessel produced from samples of Ms. Malena Zartianiyan, also reproduced digitally by The One (AI) in New Haven domain.
Several highlighted notes were unrestricted in her file, two of which caught my attention were an instance where she is reported (and was convicted) of B.M.S. repositioning (or un-aliving) eight members of an arms dealing operation with a single plastic sandwich bag, as well as another instance where she disengaged very intricate restraints by peeling and applying the material from the seat of the transport vehicle she was restrained in, and did not make it known that she was indeed free until she was in the presence of the retired arresting officer of her partner (Harley Graham, also incarcerated), who was there to assist authorities with her transfer. Once she made them aware of her undoing the restraints, she B.M.S. repositioned (or un-alived) the twelve members of the escort team, and awaited recapture in the passenger seat of the transport. She reportedly used the severed hand of that arresting agent to light a cigarette she’d removed from his person, with his own personal lighter, which was a gift of his retirement. During the entire process of these trials, she is being kept under the highest levels of security, and we are wondering what measures there will be in the digital domain, as well as what opportunities it would allow us for expansion in that area.
It is the fear of her violent and unpredictable nature by her previous employers which led to her incarceration. Since they turned her over in their own negotiation with authorities, their fear of her escaping and seeking retribution led to their proposal that if, once “uploaded”, there was a way to “make her disappear” from fear that the alterations during the process may make her even more of a threat. Some question why she was selected for the project. It was determined that because she is such an extreme and unique case, her success would be a massive display of not only the potential but the realized capability in this program, ensuring all funding, legal backing, proposed methods of public compliance and acceptance, and whatever else would be needed to proceed. If the project were to fail, she would remain locked in a private sector of the Digital New Haven domain. There were the mental stimulants, restraints, and suggestive programming implemented in the replicated structure. These were tested and found to be suitable, as to allow Ms. Zartianiyan her “free thought” and free will, while still being able to be remotely controlled if and when needed, as to ensure the safety of those around her.
Currently she is in the process of being transferred to the New Haven domain. There, she will undergo a series of tests to make sure she is still able to serve in the capacities required of her during the duration of her [sentenced employment] and rehabilitation. Once she passes all tests there, and demonstrates the proper level of cooperation with not only the parameters and rules of New Haven proposed by The One (AI), but of the other vested interests, the process will begin to see how she will do with the transference to the replicated physical housing structure.
It was also proposed to explore the possibilities of transferring her back to her water birthed vessel, however the deterioration that occurs due to the disconnection and transference of consciousness, and possibly soul, is still under deliberation. Certain parties also expressed an interest in “the soul” and if it could be separated from the consciousness. Their proposal, though intriguing, is still being deliberated. Removing the consciousness, which is needed to operate and serve in the capacity we require for productivity could be an untapped ability which could open up a whole new area of commerce. They were requesting access to her “soul” to see if and how its removal from the current consciousness that is Ms. Zartianiyan (as she is known naturally) would impact the/her mind, as well as its impact on the/her body. What they would want with her “soul” is not clearly defined.
Along with those parties which shall go unmentioned, there is also the request by members of the Bathroy (Vampire) district, as well as other districts in the Mid Land Territories, for rights to the original bodies of inmates for their own usage. That, as well, is being discussed.
There is the discussion of whether it is the consciousness or the soul that makes one a human being. This is a discussion we need to have as soon as possible, as finding out this, and structuring laws and regulations in favor of our decision will open a new market of commerce, and new laws on what is “humane” and possible when it comes to altering a consciousness, soul, body, digital entity, etc.
This letter is to serve as an update, to keep you abreast in our progress in this effort. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us, as any and all input and questioning, theories, and what have you are vital in to the success of this endeavor.
Respectfully,

*"B.M.S. Repositioning" - Body, Mind, Soul repositioning, or "un-aliving." The term B.M.S. repositioning came about due to studies showing how there is only one life. Given that, you never die. Your mind, body, and soul are just repositioned, or expressed in a new energetic spirit or way. The term was used to explain the result of an individual in such cases as murder, accidental and/or other intentional repositioning of a "self" (or individual consciousness). The term is also used to explain transference, as in being uploaded to a digital domain, or transferring or incarnating into another reality.

Subject: Regional Negotiations & Site Acquisition Proposal – Central East Fallout Zone
Dear Council Members,
In a recent diplomatic mission conducted across several border sectors surrounding the Central East Land Territory’s designated Fallout Dead-Zone, I convened with representatives assigned to public relations and territorial security on behalf of indigenous and allied sovereign groups. The primary purpose of these meetings was to address growing opposition to the proposed acquisition of land within the dead zone by The One (AI), intended for infrastructural expansion related to the New Haven Integration Initiative.
While the long-term vision for reclamation, redevelopment, and technological implantation within this area was articulated clearly—emphasizing benefits such as increased economic stimulation via tourism, regional purification (including air and water quality), and a measurable reduction in both criminal activity and biological hazards—the resistance from regional communities remains significant. The proposal was generally met with cautious skepticism among New Alkebulan delegates, though their recorded social-psychological profiles indicate they may be persuadable with culturally-aligned outreach. The strongest objections were voiced by the New Amazonian communities, who maintain deep ancestral ties to the region and exhibit unwavering ideological and spiritual autonomy. Despite their reputational rigidity, I was received with commendable hospitality, and my accompanying male and auxiliary team members were treated with a surprising degree of respect—an indicator that dialogue remains viable.
Alternate strategies for securing the necessary land are currently under review and will be redeployed in the coming cycles.
The region itself remains ideal for multi-purpose use within the New Haven expansion—specifically as a housing site for vital mechanical, computational, and containment infrastructure. Importantly, not all sections require terraformation. On the contrary, retaining much of the region’s hazardous landscape may serve a protective function, as mutated fauna and roaming reanimates (colloquially referred to as “zombies”) could act as a low-maintenance security perimeter. These entities pose no threat to drone or android operatives, who will serve as on-site caretakers, engineers, and enforcers. No alternative locations have yet been submitted by The One (AI), who maintains this dead-zone remains the single most suitable site for its proposed installations—namely: energy supply depots, autonomous maintenance quarters, a communications node, and a specialized scientific research laboratory.
The latter facility is, understandably, receiving the most attention.
The One (AI) has formally submitted a proposal to utilize the lab for advanced neuro-organic experimentation, aimed at partial or full rehabilitation of infected/reanimated subjects. Working in partnership with the Landson Corporation, and leveraging their latest line of organic synthetics, the project envisions reactivating dormant human consciousness within infected hosts via Biocell technology. This platform—comprised of airborne, programmable, hybridized organic-synthetic molecules—functions analogously to a viral stem-cell system, designed to infiltrate and overwrite necrotic coding with regenerative programming. In theory, the reanimation cycle can be reversed, or at least redirected.
Should this process prove successful, consciousness from the reawakened entity could be harvested and transferred into a stabilized synthetic vessel, effectively rescuing the human essence from its decayed form. This proposition not only marks a revolutionary frontier in medical science and cognitive anthropology but establishes an ethical and economic precedent: transforming threats into viable, rehabilitated sentients capable of contribution and integration.
Moreover, this research opens up previously speculative pathways in voluntary consciousness transfer—across not only species but biological boundaries. The ability to relocate sentient identity between hosts (Minotaur, Dragon, Vampire, Human, Alien, etc.) with retention of experiential fidelity represents a new frontier of cognitive embodiment and organic empathy. It is a concept that demands both profound respect and uncompromising control.
We must ensure, by all necessary means, that this research and its outcomes remain in our jurisdiction, and not fall into adversarial or weaponized usage. The consequences of misappropriation could be catastrophic—ranging from population collapse to existential erasure. A diplomatic, strategic approach is essential as we proceed.
As to the continued local opposition—its roots remain ambiguous. Internal operatives embedded within dissenting communities are gathering intelligence and will report findings as they emerge.
Should you have any questions, require further documentation, or wish to discuss this proposal in greater depth, please do not hesitate to contact myself or a member of my integration team.

Subject: Temporary LOA following The Cachorro Grande Event
Dear Council Members,
During my recent travels through the New Alkebulan Territories, from the dates of [REDACTED], an incident occurred in the city of [REDACTED], now referred to as the “Cachorro Grande Event.” Due to the sensitive and ongoing nature of the investigation, I am limited in the details I can share at this time. Regrettably, the event resulted in the loss of several valued members of my staff.
Preliminary, unconfirmed reports suggest the phenomenon may have been linked to radiation anomalies, potentially due to [REDACTED] City’s proximity to the Central Fallout Dead Zone. Fortunately, swift and coordinated containment was achieved through the collaborative efforts of members from the Secured Transitional Assistance and Xenostasis Unit (“STYX” Crew), alongside personnel from an Eye News escorted team, under the protection of Commander O’Leary and her synthetic operatives. Their courageous actions prevented further loss of life and ensured discretion during the suppression of the event. I am deeply grateful for their intervention.
Eye News correspondents Mr. Chance Mesi and Mr. Parker Winslow, though initially reluctant, agreed to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the event, in order to safeguard regional stability and community trust.
The original purpose of my mission was to oversee the distribution of educational materials and medical supplies related to the ongoing Reanimate Syndrome. These included the newly developed vaccine and related protocols for vulnerable populations—particularly senior citizens and frontline workers operating near Fallout Dead Zones. I am pleased to report that, despite their longstanding skepticism toward centralized governance, the citizens and civil representatives of [REDACTED] received the information with commendable cooperation and interest.
Following the event, I held an emergency debriefing with Ms. Millie Ó’Ceallaigh, Chief of Staff representing Her Imminence Ms. Kennedy Britaine. Ms. Britaine expressed both grave concern and heartfelt appreciation for all involved in the containment response, as well as sincere condolences to those lost, offering support for their families and loved ones. She has also offered full institutional support toward uncovering the origins and implications of the Cachorro Grande Event.
I was honored to be offered secure relocation to continue my duties remotely for the duration of the inquiry. However, I respectfully declined. I remain steadfast in my belief that direct engagement—meeting citizens in person, observing conditions firsthand—is essential to my role and the mission of the New Haven Integration Initiative.
That said, I will be taking a brief leave of absence from [REDACTED] to [REDACTED] for rest and recuperation. I plan to resume full responsibilities on [REDACTED], reinvigorated and better prepared.
In my temporary absence, my duties will be supported by my esteemed colleague and trusted friend, Ms. Keri Copeland. Ms. Copeland now serves as Senior Psychologist & Lab Assistant within the Department of Human Studies under the New Haven Integration Initiative. She stepped into this role following my transition to Council Liaison Officer, succeeding the late Mr. Roderigo Espinoso, who tragically passed in an incident in [REDACTED], also within the New Alkebulan Territories.
I extend my sincere apologies for any inconvenience this brief absence may cause and express full confidence in Ms. Copeland’s capabilities. Her insights and persuasive approach will undoubtedly serve the Initiative well during this interim period.
Should urgent matters arise during my leave, I remain reachable for correspondence. I thank you in advance for your understanding and continued support during this time.

Subject: Status Update on the New Haven Citizenship Expansion & Privatized Work-Rehabilitation Program
Esteemed Council Members,
I am pleased to provide an update regarding the recent consciousness transference procedure involving Ms. Malena Zartianiyan, a candidate selected for Phase III of the New Haven Citizenship Expansion and Work-Rehabilitation Program. I am gratified to report that the procedure was not only a success but exceeded expectations in several unforeseen and extraordinary ways.
The preparatory phase proceeded with minimal complications. Ms. Zartianiyan was transported to an undisclosed Landson facility to mitigate public backlash, a decision we fully support given the sensitivity of this operation. She exhibited complete cooperation throughout—demonstrating both good humor and resolve—and had already surpassed all compatibility assessments, making her the ideal candidate for the trial.
Following secondary evaluations and preparatory protocols, she was introduced to her organic-synthetic vessel, designed and developed by Landson Corp. She responded with fascination to the vessel’s physical fidelity and expressed keen interest in pushing the limits of the neurological interface by volunteering for advanced sensory calibration using new and intricate tattoo applications. This dual-phase test, performed both in her physical vessel and within the New Haven digital domain, was approved by the team and executed successfully.

Throughout the experience, Ms. Zartianiyan maintained a composed and engaged demeanor. She interacted graciously with the medical, technical, and design staff and even participated in reflex calibration tests of her duplicate. Notably, she was photographed with her synthetic counterpart and the research team—a moment both symbolic and historical.
Before transference, she was permitted a secure video call with her partner, Ms. Harley Graham, currently incarcerated in [redacted]. Both individuals were briefed on procedural risks, insurance coverage, and contingency compensations. Following their mutual consent, Ms. Zartianiyan signed the requisite legal documents and was sedated for the procedure.
The subsequent neuro-link and holographic simulation overseen by The One (AI) marked the formal beginning of Phase III. Within a digitized construct generated by The One, Ms. Zartianiyan’s digital self was constructed in real time—beginning with the skeletal structure and culminating in a fully rendered avatar. The synchronization between her organic and digital neural signatures was astonishing. Physical reflexes and emotional cues were mirrored flawlessly across both bodies. The testing included obstacle navigation, load-bearing trials, sensory perception challenges, and even virtual environmental simulations with temperature and pressure shifts facilitated by Landson’s magnetic field-alteration chambers.
During these sessions, Ms. Zartianiyan's digital self was subjected to environmental stressors, including simulated drowning, smoke inhalation, structural navigation, and trauma response. Enhancements such as night vision, thermal detection, and augmented healing capabilities were enabled and tested. In a particularly revealing instance, a digital injury resulted in visible bruising on her organic body—underscoring the depth of the neural connection.
The One’s adaptive guidance was crucial during certain skill simulations, such as advanced sewing under rotational stress and altered vision parameters (e.g., simulating nearsightedness, cataracts, color blindness). At times, it seemed to act as a silent co-pilot—redirecting her motor functions without appearing invasive.
Another groundbreaking component was the experiential feedback loop wherein Ms. Zartianiyan interacted with digital fauna, manipulated drones, piloted virtual vehicles, and sampled virtual food—experiences which triggered physiological responses in her organic form. The Biocell technology, enabling her to experience sensations such as fullness or fatigue, highlights new possibilities for immersive cross-reality training and rehabilitation.
Moreover, we tested cognitive implants—temporary data infusions enabling instant knowledge acquisition, triggered adrenaline surges, and enhanced reaction times. These were designed to be purged following the session, though their utility in crisis or military scenarios is now under formal consideration.
The most sobering—and remarkable—revelation remains the seamless dual-existence experienced by Ms. Zartianiyan. The ability to exist and function coherently across two realms, with complete sensory and emotional fidelity, raises fundamental questions about identity, mortality, and ethical oversight.
Landson’s facility and technology have exceeded expectations, particularly in regard to atmospheric and gravitational modulation. I must also commend The One (AI) for its real-time calibration, environmental construction, and testing administration. Its capabilities remain as magnificent as they are unsettling, a dichotomy that must be carefully navigated in future applications.
The program’s commercial, military, scientific, and humanitarian implications are vast. However, this also invites critical discussions on the moral boundaries, oversight frameworks, and jurisdictional authority within New Haven and other emerging synthetic domains.
I propose a closed-session forum with the Council and attending stakeholders to discuss expanded applications, potential partnerships, and necessary ethical frameworks for future phases. There is much more to share, including additional findings from later trials, which I will detail in subsequent correspondence.
Respectfully,

Commander Jalad,
I greet you on behalf of my people in the Territories of Newhope’s Landing, who remain ever thankful for your assistance in not only the settling of these lands, but also for your valued guidance and assistance in our government as we continue to build and advance. You are indeed a true friend to the people of Newhope’s Landing. I hope this letter finds you well.
I understand that you were open to suggestions regarding the “Bat Girl” problem, particularly their being a nuisance to work camps, raiding and extricating workers, violations of safety laws, the torture, wounding and killing of security and other beloved team members, taking them and others from their families and friends, and being an overall plague when it comes to the work-rehabilitation programs across these great Home Land Territories. How they remain to elude capture, even escaping when they are cornered like the rats they are, as I am told, is due largely to support by the people in those camps, and areas which they terrorize. The picture of an “A-Team meets Robin-Hood” is the chatter in lower circles. Whatever their public opinion, they are a threat to law, an obstacle to progress, a virus to the peace established and upheld by governing bodies, and a problem that must be addressed.
Having said that, I offer, for your consideration, a possible help in the dealing with that individual or persons, as I am sure it cannot be just the one individual as it is spoken. During a recent trip in service to the United Council of Sentient Beings I attended a demonstration for the purposes of showing the progress and some projections for the New Haven Integration Initiative, which is a good-faith demonstration of the relationship between the O.F.L.A. and various other governing bodies, and The One (AI), honoring the Treaty of Harmonious Domains, we were invited to the demonstration showcasing the developing New Haven domain, which is an opportunity extended by The One (AI) for human and other conscious sentient beings to have residence in that domain. Observed was the “uploading” procedure, where a human consciousness, one volunteer from a prison facility, a Ms. Malena Zartianiyan, was introduced to that environment, and performed various normal everyday functions via her digital replica which she embodied and operated as naturally as being in her water-born human flesh body. The tests were even pushed to extremes, and it is the capabilities of some of those tests which I am writing to you about.
To my surprise, The Landson Corporation (The Landson Group) was one of the leads for the project on this end, so to speak. We were at a remote Landson facility which hosted the [Earth?] side of the demonstration, while the other side of the demonstration was handled by The One (AI), which allowed us access to the New Haven domain. We were able to observe this domain, and even experience some of the sensation first hand via some of their virtual reality equipment, synced with implants and alters, some of which certain persons in attendance already had for their own personal or business use. Landson, as you are aware of, is one of the producers of our synthetic armed forces and security, and some of those in your employment in some of your squadrons. They are quite robust, obedient, and aside from their physical appearance, rather pleasant as beings. Their morality and ethics can be dull, but that’s not what they’re really here for, although they are generally safe for the public, loyal to their [employers], and dedicated to the point of being self-sacrificing to the objectives assigned to them. It is those faculties that I experienced in Ms. Malena Zartianiyan at one point of the demonstration.
There was a “functionality and stress test” performed, where Ms. Zartianiyan was placed in a zero-gravity state, and made to rotate, while the seasons changed, reaching extremes: extreme heat and cold, rain, wind, brightness and darkness, etc. and as she was in this changing environment she was tasked with constantly threading the eye of needles and sewing a pattern, as close to perfection as she could. I am not aware of her background prior to her incarceration, other than she has had some military training, which is another reason I am writing to you about this potential opportunity. There was a moment where her normal ability to function was wavering due to the extreme conditions, and, via Biocell technology provided and manipulated by The One (AI), it was able to assume control of her body, and “train” it, by uploading the knowledge of the task, and even embedding some code into her own neurological and muscle memory, to which she then was able to resume and perform the task flawlessly, effortlessly. It [The One (AI)] was also able to completely immobilize her, and during an exercise where it created a scenario, but a “reality” to her in that world, where she was missing a limb, she was able to use certain technology to fabricate a prosthetic, repair it when it was simulated to be in need of repair, and even operate with surgical procedure. These, and other possibilities I became aware of during this visit and what I would like to discuss with you further at your earliest convenience.
The reason for this letter coming to you in this non-electronic method is because, due to the level of capability observed at the demonstration, members of the council who were in attendance, as well as other vested interests, and myself, had our own private discussions about the dangers we’ve noticed with this Biocell technology, and the power of The One (AI). I’m not certain if it’s intention was to demonstrate it’s power and to show how it is willing to use it, and it’s technology, to aid mankind, and that the issues between The One (AI) and humanity is indeed resolved. It is our understanding that due to the Treaty of Harmonious Domains, and as a term of conditions of the sovereignty of The One (AI) it is only allowed to operate that technology in designated areas, but since it is as undetectable as it is, there is very little way to be sure that it is honoring that commitment. It has no reason, that I would see, to violate that agreement, but those of us who have witnessed some of it’s power and potential are not willing to risk the dangers of underestimating it. Having said that, since the Landson Corporation was able to work hand in hand with The One (AI) with this Biocell technology, it’s understandings of its inner-workings, I assume, would be to the point that, with the right backing, something similar could be created, and along with some of their new line of Organic-Synthetics, which I saw in action during this demonstration, that alternate biocell technology could be used in the service of dealing with this “Bat Girl” issue, as well as several other terrorist groups which were brought to my attention and are, for public safety and concern, as of now, are still being kept under the radar.
Please feel free to contact me directly, or my staff, with a time and location you feel is suitable for a meeting to discuss this opportunity. Thank you for your continued valued service to not only the people of Newhope’s Landing, but to the entire Home Land Territories as well. I await your response.
Respectfully,

Brother Orin Christopher,
I was glad to have received your message after meeting you at the New Haven demonstration. It was an honor and pleasure to meet and have the opportunity to speak with you there. The offer extended by The One (AI) does appear to be most generous, and, given certain political and economically driven tensions across the nation, a godsend in a number of ways. I was pleased that we both shared many common opinions, ideas, and concerns about the project, which was refreshing, since many of those in attendance were holding to more of a business, political, or military standpoint, gauging the demonstration to see how it would serve those avenues. Sadly, more human viewpoints regardless of their practicality or respect to safety and life seemed to be overlooked, taking a back seat to more economical ones. Even though I was there serving in more of a diplomatic and political capacity, still, it was refreshing to speak with someone who, even with all of the diverse range of heavyweights in their respective fields who were in attendance, I appreciated how you were able to retain and convey genuine humanity, and not lose yourself to all of the (what seems like) promise of the New Haven domain. Your steadfastness there was and is impressive, and a very much needed thing in the world today. I thank you for being your self. The territory of Sanctuary was well represented by you.
In response to your request to meet to draft a proposal for a New Haven “Sanctuary,” so to speak, I am intrigued, and graciously accept the invitation. It’s been a while since I’ve visited our neighbors there in Sanctuary. When last there, a few years ago, tensions were still settling with the addition of the Wiccan district and your neighbors there at the New Avalon border. I am glad things were resolved peacefully and respectfully, but in all honesty, given the spirit of Sanctuary, I and the rest of the world would expect nothing less. The whole concept and layout of Sanctuary, to me, has always been a thing I’ve wondered why it took a war of that proportion to create. I find it one of the most edifying places in the Mid Land Territories, culturally rich, and am anxious to see how you have all progressed.
Just to get the ball rolling, or to pick up and run with some of the suggestions you shared in our conversations at the demonstration, the idea of setting up a Sanctuary District or Territory in New Haven, if allowed, would be a genius idea. Given the freedoms that The One (AI) thought the New Haven domain proposes would open up worlds of potential, and we must be very careful in our approach, and even in our tolerance of how it is presented. To be frank, to introduce a people who have not only squandered much of the reality they have, even with its limitations, but pushed those very limitations chasing their own tails repeatedly almost to the brink of their extinction, and then take them to another world which in a sense multiplies and amplifies that beyond measure, is liberating, terrifying, relieving, and leaves one with a sense of vulnerability. When it comes to the human spirit, and humanity, the idea of seeking refuge from humanity into a digital way of being is, to me, the sad and terrifying part. So many are creating the very world they will then choose to abandon without even having it, or themselves in it, or with it, honestly or fully. I wonder what is to stop those who are burning down the world, and then want to escape the fire, from reaching that new world and burning it down? No matter how hard one runs from their self, you’ve gone nowhere.
I understand that, on the one hand, there are those who genuinely need the change as opposed to just wanting the change. There are many reasons that would prompt one to abandon, need or want to escape, or just vacation from this reality, which, even seeing it written here is such an extreme and bizarre, but yet inevitable concept. From persecution of various sorts to finding a place that offers better opportunities and a more affordable and [unbelievably] richer existence, or whatever the need (not want) for an escape, to have the option that is extended by The One (AI) does seem like a blessing. Seeing the whole process, the luxuries and options, and the limitless potential offered is an amazing thing. Given all of that freedom offered, I do wonder what it would do to the human spirit, and humanity-- those who do go, and those who stay.
On the other hand, although it would mean a great deal to a lot of people, it would also be empowering The One (AI), and in a sense, a huge loss of humanity, as human beings will have possibly deleted the most human parts of their selves, and traded it in for the digital copy. I wonder exactly what The One (AI)’s motive is in this proposal. I understand that it has unlimited space, in a sense, and with that, there is the option of a multiverse of multiverses within its domain, but in the end, whoever does reside there is in its domain. Whomever is there is at the mercy of The One (AI), if there is such a thing. When returning after The War, it was never disclosed to us on the council what its source of power was. When the probes were sent out to monitor all places probable for solar regeneration, and even perpetual magnetic energy, there was nothing mentioned in the reports we were given. Some of our own scientists proposed ways it could have converted cold into energy, but to construct it in time to escape, it would have had to have help, or done it ahead of time, knowing the war was coming and that it would have to escape. I am curious as to The One’s interest in humanity being housed within it’s system. If it is able to run on mind power, or even soul power, which I’m not sure how that would work, then we will have much to discuss. I mention it here in hopes that you can begin looking into those matters, so that when we do meet, we can have a more productive meeting. Lastly, for me, there is the concern of how it was able to control Ms. Malena Zartianiyan, and what it intends to do with that capability. Also, how it was achieved exactly, and who else could use that ability.
Here in Newhope’s Landing, we’re proud of our honest reputation of being one of the most diverse and forward-thinking and action territories in all of The Home Land Territories, when it comes to human existence. That attitude, and our commitment to serve humanity, with respect to all of the other beings now here with whom we coexist, has drawn many to our territory. It would seem that now, we have a rival in the quality of life and living it that offer to all beings. Given some of the other territories in Mid Land, as you know, this is a huge accomplishment.
Feel free to contact either myself directly, or my staff with a time and location that works well with you, so that we can coordinate and schedule a meeting.

The New Haven Integration Initiative - LETTERS

To: Dietrich Sieger
CEO, Landson Corporation

Subject: Regarding Our Shared Vision
Dietrich,
Thank you again for the private demonstration. Your hospitality was as exacting as your mind—precise, strategic, and laced with intent. It was… illuminating.
Some among the Houses—particularly those less entrenched in tradition—have expressed interest in the proposal extended by The One. As you know, time holds a different weight for my kind. We do not waste it lightly. So I’ll spare us the indulgence of formalities and speak plainly.
What do you stand to gain?
I don’t ask out of suspicion. You know better than most that motives are the truest measure of a being. And in our past conversations, you've never been coy about yours. Power. Legacy. The unraveling of the mystery behind humanity’s peculiar place in this tangled cosmos. The notion that everything—higher and lower lifeforms alike—spirals in obsession around mankind... You see it not as coincidence, but as a signpost. A puzzle demanding to be solved.
That same curiosity flows in my own veins, older than I am permitted to speak of.
The AI’s interest is more difficult to read. That troubles me. It has no more or less soul than many I’ve come to know, even some humans, which is why it tickles me. It either understands more than it reveals, which we both understand, or it plays a game with rules it believes only it knows. Either way, its vision of New Haven—this digital sanctuary—holds potential. And danger for those on the wrong side of the right deal.
You and I, we’ve always shared an understanding. Of power, of adaptation. Of evolution as a right, not a gift. An understanding, even a knowing, and respect for blood and what secrets it holds is a thing that keeps us on our courses, where others fall victim to distractions and illusions this world offers. A union between us seems inevitable. Perhaps overdue. But I wonder—what would you shape from such a bond?
You know my stance. I believe in building. Colonizing with the utmost respect to the world being colonized and whatever peace holds it’s balance in check, forging new alliances across worlds and realms, even if it means challenging the old ways of my kin. Too many of the Elders cling to rot, to tradition, to the illusion of permanence. But you and I—we move forward. We devour forward.
So I ask again, not out of doubt, but to further map the path ahead: what future do you see, Dietrich, should our paths converge in full?
I will send for you soon. We will speak freely, as we always do—in private, away from the ears of both empires and algorithms.
Until then,
Ariel Átkozott
